UV Medico is expanding, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager dedicated to the hospital sector in Europe. Based at our Copenhagen office with frequent international collaboration, this role is central to driving our sales efforts within healthcare – a key segment for our continued growth.
As Sales Manager, you will take the lead in building strong relationships with hospitals, decision-makers, and stakeholders across Europe. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring that our story about the benefits of Far-UVC 222 nm technology reaches the right partners in healthcare.
Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing a sales strategy for hospitals in Europe.

Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

Driving sales processes from lead generation to closing contracts.

Supporting partners and distributors with insights, tools, and customer-facing materials.

Collaborating closely with our marketing and technical teams to align strategy and execution.
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in B2B sales within hospitals or healthcare, preferably across multiple European markets. Strong negotiation skills, an international mindset, and the ability to navigate complex decision-making processes are key. Fluency in English is required, and additional European languages will be an advantage.
