We Are Hiring: Sales Manager – Pharma & Life Science

As UV Medico continues to expand internationally, we are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our presence within the pharma and life science sector across Europe.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy toward clients and partners in the pharmaceutical and life science industries.
You will engage with key decision-makers, manage complex sales processes, and help position Far-UVC 222 nm technology as a standard for safe and continuous disinfection in critical environments.

You will work closely with our technical and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and impactful approach to the market.
The position is based in Copenhagen, with an international scope.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharma and life science industries

• Build and execute regional sales strategies for Europe

• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to negotiation and closing

• Support and develop distributor and partner relationships

• Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure messaging and solutions match client needs

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

• Proven B2B sales experience within pharma, biotech, or life science – preferably internationally

• Strong commercial understanding and ability to navigate complex decision processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)

• An international mindset and willingness to travel
