We Are Hiring: Marketing Director

UV Medico is on an ambitious growth journey, and we are now looking for a Marketing Director to join our international team. Based at our Copenhagen office, this role will be central in defining and executing our global marketing strategy as we continue to expand in pharma, healthcare, food safety, cleanrooms, and beyond.

Our technology is built around Far-UVC 222 nm light, a proven method for safe and continuous disinfection. As Marketing Director, you will take the lead in telling this story to the world – creating awareness, generating leads, and building strong connections with both new and existing markets.

The role will include:

• Setting the strategic direction for UV Medico’s marketing activities across regions and industries.

• Leading digital campaigns and brand-building efforts that position UV Medico as a global frontrunner.

• Supporting sales teams and distributors worldwide with marketing materials, tools, and campaigns.

• Ensuring a consistent and impactful communication of our vision: safer environments through science-backed innovation.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in strategic B2B marketing, preferably from international environments, and with a proven track record in building brands and driving growth. Experience within healthcare, life sciences, or technology will be considered a plus.
