About the Role

We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our team to help transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions and support our continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from sales tools, SQL databases, and finance systems.
• Visualize and monitor the sales pipeline for clear performance tracking.
• Produce monthly board reports and presentations that turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.
• Support project management and contribute to process efficiency initiatives.
• Assist with sales forecasting and demand planning.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis between forecasts and actual results.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills
• SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data.
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Understanding of business drivers, sales processes, and value creation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Competence in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools or interactive dashboards would be a bonus.
